Meet the Moderator & Panelists

Kevin Joyce

Director of Affiliate, Performics
Kevin Joyce is Director of Affiliate at Performics where he is responsible for developing and executing on their US. and global affiliate strategies.  Kevin's team provides both strategic guidance and tactical program management across all of the major affiliate networks and facilitates relationships with cutting-edge, performance based partners that fall beyond traditional affiliate-publisher definitions. A true industry veteran with more than 13 years of online marketing experience, Kevin spent more than seven years at Commission Junction where he launched their Chicago office, managed the eBay affiliate program and oversaw advertiser and publisher account teams responsible for managing top-tier clients including Dell, FTD, Sears Canada, Walgreens and Upromise. Prior to Commission Junction, Kevin held positions at Microsoft’s MSN and SmarterKids.com. Kevin holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard University and an EdM from Boston University.

Tony Bombacino

Former CMO of Restaurant.com
Tony Bombacino is an industry veteran with a unique and evolving perspective having held junior and executive level marketing and general business roles since 1998 on the client, agency and consulting sides of the business across a wide array of categories and phases including early startup (Resolution Media), mid-stage growth (Restaurant.com) and established blue chip brands (United Airlines) alike.  A marketing geek with a passion for building businesses, understanding technology and human behavior, Bombacino lives, breathes and loves the marketing world like few others.

He was most recently the President & CMO/COO of Geomentum, the award-winning hyperlocal marketing agency that is part of Interpublic Group.  Prior to that, Bombacino spent 4.5 years as the EVP of Marketing and then Chief Marketing Officer for Restaurant.com where he helped increase profits over 600%.  Mr. Bombacino holds a B.S. in Marketing from Saint Xavier University and a M.S. in Direct Marketing from Mercy College.

Carolyn Tang Kmet

Director of Affiliate Marketing, Groupon
Carolyn Tang Kmet is the Director of Affiliate Marketing for Groupon, a Web site that features a daily deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in more than 500 markets worldwide. In this role, she was honored with the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award for Affiliate Manager of the Year 2010. Prior to joining Groupon, Kmet led the client services team at ShareASale.com, an award-winning affiliate network. Kmet has also led affiliate programs at Orbitz and CollectiblesToday.com. Kmet is an adjunct lecturer at Loyola University of Chicago, where she teaches both undergraduate and MBA level marketing courses. Kmet earned a MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a MSJ in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley.

Raymond Lyle

President, VigLink
Raymond joined VigLink via Driving Revenue, which he co-founded and served as CEO. Prior to Driving Revenue, Raymond spent 5 years at Leapfrog Online (the 11th largest interactive marketing firm – Adage), where his efforts propelled them to be the 6th largest SEM firm in the country.
